At James Property Club, we aim to provide a transparent and fair service to all our clients. By paying a reservation fee, you agree to secure the property and remove it from the market while proceeding with the transaction.
Please note, the reservation fee is
non-refundable unless one or more of the following circumstances arise:
- The vendor withdraws from the sale.
- A significant, non-negotiable down-valuation occurs and no alternative finance is available.
- A survey reveals undisclosed serious defects that stop the property being mortgageable (not applicable to cash purchases).
For full terms and conditions, please refer to the Reservation Agreement.
In these situations, a full refund of the reservation fee will be issued.
For all other cases, the reservation fee will be retained by James Property Club to cover the time, resources, and administration involved in securing and reserving the property.
