However, we have trusted partners (including James Property Mortgages) who know our process inside out, which often speeds things up and reduces delays.

Once you reserve a property and pay the reservation fee, you’ll receive the Memorandum of Sale and your solicitor will be instructed. From there, you’ll begin the conveyancing process. If finance is needed, our mortgage team can support you straight away.

Yes. Once we send a deal out, it is only available to our investor community.
Once reserved, the deal is taken off the market and no longer shared with others.

The reservation fee is non-refundable, as it secures the deal and takes it off the market.
